Good Afternoon, I Was Driving To Work This Morning And

Good Afternoon,
I was driving to work this morning and felt or maybe heard (?) a swoosh in my neck where it attaches to my back with coinciding feeling that my steering wheel and car were turning on their own. The feeling was so real that I slowed down immediately and pulled over, although the sensation was that I was turning to the left, even though I KNEW I was turning the car to the right of the road and slowing down.
