Good Afternoon, My Daughter Was Diagnosed With Mono The Second

Good Afternoon,

My daughter was diagnosed with Mono the second weekend of February. According to the test the doctors took they are telling me that she most likely had since January. With this said they made her sit out from sports until March 7th after her sonogram of the spleen came back normal. Now that she is back int he swing of things she has been having alot of back pain in the middle of her back around the spine area. Is this normal for someone coming back from having mono? Thank you
