Good Day.

Hope you are well. I would like to find out, I went on my last period on the 8th of December and had unprotected sex on the 23rd of December and now I have been having cramps and spotting, it feels like my normal period pain but there's just a little blood that doesn't even need me to use a pad, could i have conceived? and if so, I would not like to have the baby, what can I do as it is still early to miscarry?
