My brother is 60 years old, he is a former 2 pack a day smoker. He quit about 5/6 years ago. He has been having these episodes lately, if he laughs too hard he faints and doesnt remember it happening, Or its about to happen and he has to calm himself down so he doesnt pass out. His PCP, has no idea, and doesnt even know to whom he could refer him too.
