I am having difficulty getting clear answers from a lady that claims I am the father of her pregnancy. A couple of questions:

1. Is there a scenario, based on the mother’s health, where a doctor would plan for a delivery at 23 weeks?

2. What kind of medical issues can a mother have that would necessitate a delivery ahead of time?
