Good Evening Dr. Rynne, It Seems That All Of A

Good Evening Dr. Rynne, It seems that all of a sudden, I have been experiencing pain in both of my elbows which is new and severe pain with both knees. I have had recurring knee pain from being a ballet dancer but the pain is increasing in severity which drastically is hindering my exercise. Any suggestions?
