Good Evening, I Am A 29 Year Old USMC Wounded

Good Evening, I am a 29 year old USMC wounded WW when I returned home I tried college. I soon had to leave I could not concentrate our, pay much attention for too long. In the corp I was always active it never bothered me as much. But now sense my body can't do the work I need to use my mind. I am open to any ideas or help, I would even try medicine at this point if it can help me pay attention and get through college. Any thought our any thing you can do would be great.
