Good Evening, I Have Had Swelling In One Of My

Good Evening, I have had swelling in one of my legs and minor swelling in the other. My physician has put me on a water pill however the swelling does not seem to be going down. Currently my leg feels warm to the touch as well as some pain. is this something i should seek immediate care for or just wait it out?
