Good Evening, My Daughter Recently Had Blood Work Done Due

My daughter recently had blood work done due to a 7 pound weight loss over the 5 months. Preliminary tests for Crohn's and Celiac came back normal, but her pediatrician said her Bilirubin level was slightly elevated- I believe she said 1.4? We are following up in 2 weeks with a Gastroenterologist, and I'm wondering if this is something I should be extremely concerned about.
