2). PRO CALM
)The First /I tablet daily
The Second/ 3 tablets daily
I am getting A 'TIGHT' CRAMP like in the stomach ...not enough to make me go to bed....BUT....IT FEELS LIKE A STOMACH ULCER
? Not sure....As I have only been taking them for 2 days
