Good Evening Sir , I Think I Have Kind Of

Good Evening Sir ,
I think I have kind of an emergency here but I am not quite sure cause I'have a severe abdominal pain occurring and disappearing all day long .I had a baby 45 days ago and I took a morning after pill two days ago . I was using Nolotil (ESP)-for pain - 3 pills from this morning and the pain subsides for a while but when it returns- it is worse!Now is 21:27 16/01/2017 and I came back to myself again after a fit of a hindering pain all together .I feel it in my lower abdomen (left ovary zone and it is spreading to my kidney area towards the spine ,also I can feel it down from the ribs -soft tissue ,muscle ?! )Is this normal ?Could this be from the pill ?Could pain reflect like that ?What is happening to me ?Should I call an emergency ? (I haven't had my first period yet after the delivery ,maybe I caused something to my body just before I was about to come on my period by taking this pill .I am also taking 75 mg Eutirox for pregnancy -hypotyroidism (Next month I have first check up after delivering the baby so maybe my thyroid glands problem is gone so I am over medicating or the combination of morning after and this is causing havoc...Or maybe is something more sinister ....Please help ! Should I call the ambulance when the pain returns next time or should I wait until tomorrow and see the doctor?Thank you in advance
