Good Morning, A Cologuard Test Came Back Positive I Am

Good Morning,
A Cologuard test came back positive I am going to a GI to have a colonoscopy. I am 68 somewhat active consume red meat minimal not many veggies large volume of fruit don't drink take an 81 mg aspirin daily Somewhat active golf twice a week. Am diabetic on oral meds A1C averages from 6.8-5.8. Am over weight. Stools have been normal just recently been runny.. No family history. Is there a possibility that result could be caused from something other than cancer. Thank You
