Good Morning, Doctor, - I Recently Read An Article Put

Good Morning, Doctor, - I recently read an article put out by ' John Hopkins ' stating that everyone has cancer cells in their body, and that that the cause is nutritional deficiencies. He decries the treatment of cancer by chemo etc., as is practised nowadays.
Would YOU explain how cancer occurs.
