Good Morning Dr. Bhatti,
The ear drum of my 2 years old nephew found tear and developed a hole while cleaning with ear bud after removing the cotton by himself, which he put deep in by mistake about a week ago. Initially some blood was coming out and there after it stopped, some fluid are coming out.
Local Doctor give some antibiotic to recover the injury.
Please tell us what to do? Should we go for a surgery or it may be cured with the help of medicine?
