Good Morning Dr. I Overdosed Ovral Pills I Took 5

Good Morning Dr. I overdosed ovral pills I took 5 in a day 2 in a morning, 2 during the day and 1 at night. It was on Friday and I was already on my periods. Saturday I didn't take the pills hence I was told they will stop my periods and they didn't. My concern now is that I am still on my periods even today and my periods normally last for only 5 days. But now it's already 7 days. Can it be the pills that caused this and if so how can I stop the bleeding.
