Good Morning, I Occasionally Wake-up At Night With Abdominal Discomfort

Good Morning, I occasionally wake-up at night with abdominal discomfort and a feeling of nausea and/or a bowel movement. I usually feel warm, feverish, as well. I usually end up experiencing diarrhea and sometimes vomiting. Occasionally, like today, there is a more concentrated feeling of discomfort in the lower left abdomen.
