Good Afternoon.... 6 Years Ago I Had A Total Prostatectomy...

Good afternoon.... 6 years ago I had a total prostatectomy... I had a catheter in for 4 weeks... In those weeks unknown to the doctors, my urethra tube had adhered itself to the catheter and when they pulled it out it did quiet a lot of damage to the point where I have obstructions and need to self catheterize myself when i go to the toilet.... 6 years is a long time and I was wondering if there is anything that can be done as I am having trouble now pearcing the bladder with the catheter and making it bleed everytime... Not sure if you can help..
