Good Afternoon Dr., I Am Experinencing A Stiff Soreness In

Good afternoon Dr., I am experinencing a stiff soreness in both my legs down to about the ankles, its more pronounced on the left side of the left leg. It subsides when i am in the rpone position a nd resumes when standing. Upon being seated for say the length of a typical movie, 2 hrs 15 minutes, I found it very uncomfortable walking from the theater to my car, then, again it subsided. Bot my mom and Dad were diagnosed with spinal stenosis but it did not become an issue for them until their late 70's 80's; I just turned 64. My Dr. indicates he thinks this kind of thing may clear up between now and my next visit with him mid February, tjhen he may order imaging. Your thoughts?
