What can you tell me about rib cage pain upon awakening in the morning. Doesn't bother me during the day. It is not where the ribs attach to the sternum, but more in the lower back area. Thought at first it could be CV, but have no arrhythmia's, SOB, Chest pain, etc. This is new, i have never felt this previously. I am 65, 6' tall, 188 pounds. Health is good. Normal blood pressure.
