Good Afternoon, I Am A Vocalist Who Sings Three To

Good afternoon, I am a vocalist who sings Three to four times a week, with a few 3 hour sets.
Noticed a feeling in my throughout a couple of months ago like something laying on the back of my tongue. Went into the er one night and the doctor stated it was Uvulitis. I have since looked in the mirror and it is definitely a growth hanging from my Uvula. Worried that this is beginning to affect my voice now with hoarseness after gigs that did not exist a year ago. What would you suggest?
