Good Afternoon, I Am Female, 57 And Post Menopausal. For

Good afternoon, I am female, 57 and post menopausal. For atleast 2 years, intercourse is very painful and that's using lubrication. I saw my regular doctor today, he examined me and drew labs. There doesn't appear to be any irritation, vaginally. Since I've had a benign mammary dysplasia in one of my breasts, hormone replacement therapy is not a consideration. Any advice?
