Good Afternoon! I Currently Have A Rash/skin Bumps That Have

Good afternoon!
I currently have a rash/skin bumps that have slowly been spreading. The rash started with a large dry red spot on my arm about the size of dime. Over time my arms and abdomen have begun to get small oval shaped red bumps. Some of these bumps tend to peel a little, BUT there is no itching or discomfort associated with these spots/bumps. I thought I might have bed bugs, but have no evidence of such bugs and the absence of any itch has left me confused.
The spots have continued to multiple along my abdomen area and on my thighs/arms. There have been no changes to my soap or laundry detergent.
