Good Afternoon I Had A Bentels Procedure Done And Also

I had a bentels procedure done and also got a pacemaker because after the procedure my botom part of my heart did not wanna function after a month it started functioning and the pacemaker were turned down but the cardiologist said i have a bit of a delay on the botom part of my heart. Ever since the pacemaker was turned down I get dizzy spells not frequently about 5 to 6 times a year to where i felt I wanna pass out but never passed out. could it be a major problem or maybe just my pacemaker have to be re checked. I am also on warfarin.
