Good Afternoon I Had A Question About Std Testing. I

Good afternoon I had a question about std testing. I had a sexual encounter august 12, 2016 and got tested september 30, 2016 for hiv (antibody test), and hsv 2(blood test). Both came back negative but my hsv2/test level was .57. Was this an accurate testing window for the two and should I be alarmed of a .57?
