I have a 14 year old great-grandson, the oldest of four children, and his parents living with me.
I have read the article 'Asperger Syndrome' and the '10 Symptoms of Asperger's' and it is evident that he has many of the 'symptoms'. Should he be seen by a medical professional and if so whom do you suggest?
Prior to a appointment how should the parents prepare i.e. medical history, school abilities, interactions with family etc.?
Thank you for any information as I am sincerely concerned about his apparent depression and his literal interpretation of everyday life and conversation.
