Good afternoon. I have been having a dull ache to very sharp pain in my upper left abdomen, just above the bottom most rib. The pain will sometimes radiate to my back and up the left side of my neck. No fever. No nausea or vomiting. No illness like the flu. I am a healthy 57 year old woman. Thoughts?
