I have irritation inside my left nostril, it's been there for a week, I can feel a bump inside, iwas thinking it was a ingrown hair, but I took a picture inside and it is very red I put Vaseline or aquafor inside at night to keep it moist because it is very dry where I live, any suggestion. I do have basel cell cancer I'v had some removed on my face and neck should I be concerned?
