Good Afternoon, I Recently Had My Period (5 Days Ago)

Good afternoon,

I recently had my period (5 days ago) and soon after it i started getting little bumps on the outer part of my vagina. They are quiet itchy, but not sore in any way. I am sexually active (Since 4 months ago) and am currenlt on the implanon (1 year so far). i wasnt to sure if that could be a possibility to these lumps.

Also i read online that shaving can cause little bumps/pimples???
