Good Afternoon. I Seem To Be Getting These Recurring Snapping

Good afternoon. I seem to be getting these recurring snapping feelings in my head/brain. Sometimes it is light and other times it is like a power surge and intense. I have a hard time with vertigo or diagnosised with vestibularitis. Some of others surges set me back, some are minimal. I had a strong one today.
