Good Afternoon I Was Diagnosed And Treated For Add/adhd As

Good afternoon I was diagnosed and treated for add/adhd as a child after high school I took myself off Ritalin... fast forward 16 years my ADD/ADHD is negatively impacting my life, after I asked my doctor to take me off narcotic pain medication it's gotten worse I guess the narcotic pain meds were keeping it at bay... well now after all this I would like to be treated for it but not totally comfortable speaking with my primary care physician about it, I was hoping I could do an online consultation and treatment thanks for your time
