Good Afternoon. My Left Ear Has Been Crackling A Lot

Good afternoon. My left ear has been crackling a lot with a congested feeling, and very painful for almost a week. My ma'am maw told me that peroxide would help clean it out. I let her put peroxide in my left ear and I could hear the bubbling and fizzing and when I turned my head over there was really nothing that came out. Needless to say that I still have the same symptoms, and I have been trying to pop my ear to see if that might help. I tried popping my ear by using the whole plug your nose method a few minutes ago, and when I tried the pain got worse so I stopped. What is going on and how can I make this go away?
