Good Afternoon. On Sunday Morning I Have Fainted And Hit

Good afternoon. On sunday morning I have fainted and hit my head against the bath. I lost consciousness and for the rest of the day had problems seeing or hearing clearing.

Today is already the third day after the incident has happened. I am experiencing very painful headache. Unability to concetrate on any task and overall very weak feeling. I have been prescribed some medication but it does not help me.

I constantly feel tired and want to sleep. Also very unmotivated and depressed.
Would you be so kind to give me some recommendations?
