Good Afternoon Thank You Very Much My Nephew 5 Years

Good afternoon
Thank you very much
My nephew 5 years old had a surgery to correct undescending testis during april this year.it was a key hole surgery but his wound not yet healed and some discharge coming from inside.we consult the surgeon and he ask us scan .the report was like this :minimal fluid with internal echoes noted in right inguanal canal.hypoechoic area right side of lower abdomen anterior to rectus.fluid area seen in it? infected or liquified haematoma. He was again hospitalised and given antibiotic injections.they ask to do ct scan , culture test and we did all .all result they said ok . now past 3 months he was treated with suspensions of cefadroxil, clarithromycin, cefixime and ofloxacin.from 12 june he is taking clarithromycin (synclar) as doctor told its atypical mycobacteria.again 13 july added cefixime oral suspension and ask to continue both for next 10 days .yesterday we visit doctor he added oflomac (ofloxacin) to the list asked to use for one more month. Now he is using clarithromycin for 40 days , cefixime for 11 days , ofloxacin since yesterday and asked to use all for next one more month. We are really afraid about the use of all these medicine. Please advice us doctor. Your kind reply will be a great help for us.
