Good Afternoon, Both My 2 Year Old Son And My

Good afternoon, both my 2 year old son and my husband have a never ending cough that often triggers them to throw up while trying to eat. No fever. I've been giving my son nebulizer treatments at least twice a day. My husband however complains of extreme lower left side pain right above the hip area,especially when he's coughing. He has a physical job and feels very weak and today he says that his urine is very dark.
