Good Afternoon Dear Doctor , I Am 39 Years Old

Good afternoon dear doctor ,
I am 39 years old and I am got CVS on September 1 I am continuing medication
Clopitab-A 75 OD
Atocor 20 BD
Methicobolmine with alpha folic acid OD
AND am stopped citicoline 500mg recently
And changed Clopitab-A 150 reduced to Clopitab-A 75
Atocor 40 reduced to atocor 20

Now I am getting numbness in left hand and left foot.
Please advise me on dosage and how many days continuing medication to prevent onther strick
