Good Afternoon Doctor.. My Son Is 14months Old. Last Month

Good afternoon doctor.. My son is 14months old. Last month his weight is 10kgs nd now 9.5kgs. His weight going to down. Shall I start to give any energy milks? He stopped breastfeed on 3months old. He z drinking lactogene per day 3 bottles. He z eating food everything. He is very active also. Morning time he doesn't sleep full playing . so shall I stopped lactogene nd which energy milk to give him please tell me.
