Good Afternoon, My Name Is Angela. I Have Had A

Good afternoon,
my name is Angela. I have had a hard cyst like lump on my wrist going on about two years now just below my thumb. Yesterday i noticed it was gone and now a soft spot is there and swelling is occurring in my forearm. i am feeling some discomfort and pain up to my elbow and some tingling and numbness in my hand. i have also taken note that the last few days i have felt fluish and very tired.
i was hoping for some insight on what this could be and perhaps why it has started to discipate? Also, I was wondering if there should be anything i should be watching for?? i am very concerned.
