My son is 7 years and 7 months. His weight is approx 34 kg. He is suffering from fever and cough. fever remains around 100 till yesterday night. Fever off and on nother all thevents time. Today no fever but loose motion. Also coughing a lot. From Tuesday fever started. At present no fever but coughing and two loose motion since morning. Only giving crosin ds 10ml syrup sos. Pl. Suggest what should I do now?
