Good Day. Approximately Five Years Ago I Started Experiencing Severe

Good day.
Approximately five years ago I started experiencing severe vertigo attacks as well as loss of balance. I was diagnosed with BPPV by an ENT. About 2 years ago I started experiencing additional symptoms such as auditory sensitivity, (certain sounds are amplified), ringing (in both ears), sudden pressure (both ears), falling, fainting and occasional loss of hearing. I was then diagnosed with Meneirs disease. I was concerned about the "fainting" spells and had a fasting glucose test done which was normal. My husband later witnessed my fainting and informed me I had a seizure. I think I have had approximately 10-15 seizures in the last two years. My husband says I lose consciousness and my body goes very stiff. I had two seizures on the same day, a few hours apart. The seizures lasted for under a minute. I think I have had convulsions with some of the seizures too, but I have no confirmation as I was alone. I have had a Ct scan done which was normal. My MRI findings are as follows: "Few hyperintense T2/FLAIR white matter lesions in the bilateral frontal lobes possibly due to nonspecific white matter changed." I have also been experiencing arrhythmia a few times a week. I have experienced some difficulty swapping on two occasions and quite often have some weakness and joint pain in my hands. I also have a family history of heart problems. My father passed away aged 52, after numerous heart attacks. My mother had high blood pressure and diabetes and passed away aged 67 after suffering a stroke. My brother was born with a heart defect and passed away at the age of 27. He also started having seizures shortly before he passes away. I also had encephalitis as a child. I am a 37 year old female and am currently living in rural Thailand, so the language barrier is making it difficult for me to get a diagnosis. Could you please suggest any possible causes, test / treatments I could request. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Gillian.
