I have a slight problem about my nipple on my right breast. It has a crustlike surface of a healing skin lesion just a very small one on top of my nipple and when it becomes itchy and I detach it, it starts again as fresh wound. But it may not give me a big discomfort but I feel uneasy over it. Our company doctor already prescribed me a 5-day antibiotic but it still there. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
