What Treatment Can Help Fade Two Long-standing Dark Spots On My Face, Given The Sensitive Skin?

Good day Doctor I am a 44 year old indian female. I have had two black on my face for years. I am so self aware and one is on my temple and the other on the opposite side on my cheek bone. Both Mark s are over 8 years old now. Please can you recommend something affordable over the counter, I am embarrassed to say I am unemployed at this point and also feel I am being a bit superficial as the other stresses.
