Good Day Doctor, My Son Will Turn A Month On

Good day Doctor, my son will turn a month on the 26, lately he has this thick salivor & when he breathes it sound like there is mucous in his throat, he mostly bottle feeds, & we properly burp him at all times. What should we do, please advice. Thank very much for your response.
