It is my first time to be on a contraceptive oral tablet"trigestrel",the sister has explained to me how i should take it .
I started my mens-cycle yesterday november 16th morning at work and didnt have my tablets with me because i didnt know that i was going to get it .Only when i got hom i took my first tablet (red-WED) around 6:28 the evening.I feel that i am supposed to take it in the mornings before work and continue like that .Can i do that even if i took one red tablet abit too late .
