I am a 35 year old male who went out with friends and after a night of drinking we went to sex workers. Only sexual act was protected oral sex. She had put condom on and did a blowjob till i climaxed.There was abit of body to body contact and i sucked her breasts. That was it i removed condomn which i saw was intact as the semen was still inside.i wiped myself with a wet wipe and left.
I am stressing that i may have contracted something,no fever or burning when urinating. Its been 10 days since event.not sleeping well and stomach has been upset but no diarohea.
Had som discomfort in left testicle and been to urologist who said it is a cyst and not to worry about it,no penile discharge either.No lymph nodes,but pain in lower back and abdomen,abit of nausea. Could these symptoms be because of stress and anxiety,do i need testing hiv etc,how risky was my encounter?
