I have a question related to thyroid.

My question is if I have thyroid will it be tenasmitted to my wife by kissing or sexual intercourse? And what does it means by hormonal exchange ?

I am asking this because my wife had visited to a doctor and doctor told her that they found thyroid in her hormonal exchange and this is due to kissing and sexual intercourse and my wife is blaming me for her thyroid problem.
