Good Day, I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness And Severe Nausea

Good day, I have been experiencing dizziness and severe nausea when I turn my head suddenly or stand up to fast. I was told that I have vertigo but no one seems to be able to do anything about it. They prescribed some extremely expensive patches to help control the nausea which is $50 for 4 that I have to alternate each ear every 3 days. It helps me get thru the day. When I remove it because I'm feeling better the dizziness and nausea is still there making it impossible for me to focus unless I am lying down. Please Help
