Good Day, I Have Been Having Off And On Going

Good day, I have been having off and on going abdominal pain for the past month and half. It starts on right or left and migrates. It's a shooting pain that takes me to my knees and I get into a fetal position. I don't have a uti. I already went to doctor and got that ruled out. This was prior to the pain getting worse.
