Good Day. I Have Lump And Red Skin On Both

Good day. I have lump and red skin on both inner thighs that is painfull to touch. The red is about the size of my hand and 1 inch up from my knee. It has been swelling up and down for two weeks. I do have an infection in my tooth and need to have a root canell. May be realeted? Thanks
