Good Day. I Haven't Been On My Period Since Leaving

Good day. I haven't been on my period since leaving the pill it's been 8 months now. I went for a papamer and a scan and everything seems to be in order. My Dr said that it could be that my hormones are still a bit imbalanced. How can I fast track my hormones we are trying to convince and it's quite frustrating. Should I be worried ? Please help!!!!
