Good Day, I Took Misoprostol 800mcg Under My Tougue And

I took misoprostol 800mcg under my tougue and a repeated does 4hours later, I bleeded for two days and it stops to days later the bleeding continues for like another three days and i started feeing serious cramp pains so i was advice to start taking diclofenac reterd. On the 9th from the day I took the misoprostol i had a serious cramp pains again so I was told either the abortion was incomplete so I was advice to get Ciprofloxacin & Flagy to avoid infections. Three hours later little clot of blood drops off my body and the pains was relief. But up till today which is the 12th day I am still feelings cramps pain and I was told to get buscopan and take 20mg whenever the pains starts off. The pregnancy was just 4-5weeks before the misoprostol, please I need your kind advice; could this be an incomplete abortion or my situation is normal.
